Awaken Your Purpose- Meditation
Purpose, Joy, and Abundance are the focus of our time together. Together we will use meditation, science, music and Eastern philosophy to strengthen our understanding of ourselves and how we relate to the world. The experience, teachings, and conversation lead to sustainable change. How? Borrowing from Pema Chodron, this is about “Being kinder to ourselves and letting our kindness flood the world.”
Participating in these experiences is the same as your yoga path. Each session is complete, but you became stronger through regular practice. Early sessions will allow you to lovingly touch your ego and understand it’s influence on decisions and beliefs. You will begin to gain strength through recognition and if you want, choose differently than you have in the past. Later we will address boundaries and the impact of others that perhaps impede your being your authentic self. Tools include, specifically identifying your character strengths and values, body mapping, integrity anchors and Purpose Statements.
To assure integration and continued growth, all classes will be recorded. You will receive a recording for all attended classes, including the class meditation.
