Juneteenth Jubilee & Resource Fair

Juneteenth Jubilee & Resource Fair

We invite you to join us for Voice's 3rd Annual Juneteenth Jubilee and Resource Fair on Saturday, June 17th from 11am - 3pm at Truman College.

We invite you to join us in our 3rd Annual Juneteenth Jubilee and Resource Fair to honor and celebrate our NEWEST Federal Holiday. Started by Voice of the People in 2021, the Juneteenth Jubilee was a way for neighbors to come together and break free from the pandemic isolation, while re-igniting the positive energy of the community. And it has been growing ever since!

The Fair hosts a variety of community partners with informational tables set up around the event space. This year, we will be introducing a community art project that allows attendees to collaborate with each other to create an Uptown Family Tree. The community art project invites attendees to recognize their roots to highlight the importance of our personal history, and how it plays a part in who we are today as a collective community.

There will be free games, prizes, food, and live entertainment assuring fun for everyone!
