The Level 1 Teacher Certification will provide enough knowledge to comfortably lead a 1-2 hour Restorative Yoga class. This course will provide you with tools to feel more confident offering hands on assists in your classes. There will be in-depth discussion, review, and practice on how to properly support 12 Restorative Yoga Poses. A Reiki Level 1 Attunement is included in the course package to offer assistance on learning tools to balance one’s own energy and the energy of the room that you are teaching. This course includes 20 CEs Approved by yogaalliance. Each section of this can be taken individually. All sections of the course must be completed to receive Restorative Yoga Teacher Certification Level 1.

Instructor Cindy Huston is an E-RYT Yoga Instructor Educator, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher. With over 20 years of teaching experience, Cindy will offer a variety of information and tools that will enhance your skills as an instructor and help deepen your personal yoga practice.
