A slow but steady class that focuses on the foundation postures of yoga. Prepare to slow your mind, focus on breath work, and gently move at a pace that is suited to your needs. Although this class is targeted towards beginners, expect it to be both mentally and physically challenging and suitable for all levels.

About Hannah:
Hannah took her first yoga class over 10 years ago as a cross training for dance. She recently decided to take the next step in her yoga journey and receive her 200 Hr YTT. As a recent graduate of Online Yoga School’s 200 Hr YTT, under the direction of Stephanie Mitchell, she now see's the numerous benefits that yoga has to offer outside of the physical practice. With a B.A. in Exercise Science and Dance Performance from Anderson University, Hannah has the knowledge and experience of the physical aspects of the body. 
 Focusing on mindfulness and self love, Hannah loves to teach Vinyasa, Power Flow, and Restorative classes to those looking to gain strength and fluidity while bring peace and a sense of calmness to the mind. Hannah also focuses on nutrition and holistic health, believing that the body, mind, and soul must be in alignment with each other to create true happiness within the self.
