Mindful Vinyasa Yoga Flow is movement synchronized or guided by the breath.
Mindful Vinyasa Yoga Flow is movement synchronized or guided by the breath.The class flow is similar to a dance.This is an all levels class and modifications of postures are welcome.The class includes breathe work (pranayama), standing and seated poses, yogic philosophy, and mantra. Bring your yoga mat and towel.

About Marjorie:
Marjorie is a 500RYT with an empathetic heart and purpose for empowering individuals to embody their most resilient selves. She has been lovingly teaching and sharing yoga for 5 years. Marjorie holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance from the University of Northern Iowa, has performed in several theatres across the country, is a classically trained harpist, and loves to sing. It is her belief that if you can breathe, you can do yoga. Influenced by her art as well as receiving her training through ?YogaFit?in Trauma Informed yoga, and ?Relax and Renew Restorative with Judith Hanson-Lasater, her classes are always warm, inclusive and based in nurturing the whole self.
