Attendees will train outdoors to build skills in de-escalation technique, self-defense training, and topical scenarios from daily life in Chicago. Torriente Toliver of Mind Body Defense will educate attendees on personal safety and promote the mission of Mind Body Defense: to make our community safe and empower our community members to protect themselves physically and mentally.
Torriente specializes in helping people identify their value and clearly communicate it to increase the value of their connections. His programs empower individuals to seek the relationships they need to advance their professional and personal lives. Torriente believes tactful and ethical communication is necessary to succeed in today’s diverse society.
