Drinking hot tea and sitting next to a fire isn’t the only way to build
heat this winter. Specific breath work and yoga postures can also activate
your internal fire to energize and invigorate the body. When the body is
organically warmed with movement, you will feel soft and open to receive.

Enjoy 90 minutes of vinyasa yoga influenced by restorative yoga and
Ayurvedic practices. Class will begin with instruction for self massage to
increase circulation, followed by a series of pranayama breathwork and
asana poses. Movement will be taught at a moderately fast pace to increase
blood and energy flow. Finish class with deep relaxation and gentle hands
on assistance. Please bring your favorite warm clothing for savasana as the
body cools off.
