Mayor-Elect Lori Lightfoot recently formed several committees to advise her and her transition team, including several leaders in Uptown.
Mayor-Elect Lori Lightfoot recently formed several committees to advise her and her transition team. Uptown United board member and Executive Director of the Chicago Metropolitan Housing Development Corporation Rafael Leon, serves on the Housing Committee. In addition to Rafael, several leaders based in Uptown or who work with Uptown businesses or organizations are represented.
